Business Administration Apprentice

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing technology business in an exciting new role. Southern IT are looking for a enthusiastic team-member to dive into a varied Business Administration Apprentice role — you won’t just be doing one thing all day. You’ll be working across finance, customer service, supplier management, and general admin.

What we need from you...

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll get hands-on experience in many parts of the business, supporting the team and growing with them. Some of your tasks will include:

  • Assisting with finance functions — processing invoices, client queries, etc
  • Handling client and supplier communication — emails, calls, queries
  • Placing orders with suppliers and tracking deliveries
  • Maintaining and updating records / databases of client & supplier info
  • Supporting diary management, scheduling, and office coordination
  • Producing reports, documents, or presentations as needed
  • Helping out with ad hoc tasks to keep things running smoothly

They’ll guide you, train you, and help you grow — but they expect you to bring your curiosity and drive.
