As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll get hands-on experience in many parts of the business, supporting the team and growing with them. Some of your tasks will include:
- Assisting with finance functions — processing invoices, client queries, etc
- Handling client and supplier communication — emails, calls, queries
- Placing orders with suppliers and tracking deliveries
- Maintaining and updating records / databases of client & supplier info
- Supporting diary management, scheduling, and office coordination
- Producing reports, documents, or presentations as needed
- Helping out with ad hoc tasks to keep things running smoothly
They’ll guide you, train you, and help you grow — but they expect you to bring your curiosity and drive.
